Today for dinner I had some pasta with alfredo sauce, some broccoli, and some peanut butter crackers.

Thanks.  It's very mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, and pretty cheap and easy to make.  The longest part is soaking the beans.

Tonight, I had mussels in a tomato and onion sauce, sauteed spinach with mushrooms and garlic, and asparagus.  Plus a dried organic apricot.  Eating healthy FTW!
