Washington, DC -- President Barack Obama has nominated his first pro-abortion judicial candidate as he named David Hamilton as his first Appeals Court nominee. Hamilton is a former Clinton nominee whom Obama has appointed to serve on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Hamilton was initially appointed by President Clinton to a district judgeship in Indiana in 1994 even though the ABA gave him a “not qualified” rating.

In that position, Hamilton issued a series of rulings over seven years that prevented Indiana from implementing its informed consent law that would give women information about abortion's risks and alternatives.

ugh!
Is there a supporter of abortion he has not nominated for any position?

Yes, he said he would do that. We should be wary of a candidate who promises to screw the country up, as Obama is doing now.

Well, he did promise change.  Unfortunately, it's more like chump change.

John Roberts stated that Roe was "the law of the land" and good law...as if courts make law.....also said his faith would have no part in his judging.......

Orrina Hatch gave Clinton Breyer and Ginsberg's names when Clinton was looking for judges......

Except Bush wasn't as nearly anti-innocent life as Obama is.  Bush didn't promise to lift any restrictions; on the other hand, he did sign an executive order banning funding of international abortions; did appoint two conservative justices to the Supreme Court.
