Just as the title says, and by the guy you probably expected to celebrate it: Archbishop Burke. It's in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. I believe the assistants are mostly ICRSS.

Awesome !  Now if the Holy Father would spend more of his time celebrating a mass like this, and less time touring synagogues and protestant churches, we might start to see some real progress.

Also, prayers that we will see Archbishop Burke elevated to Cardinal Burke at the next consistory.
