When the Holy Father is in Rome on Sundays he usually will give his Angelus address from a window of his residence in the Apostolic Palace.  From the window sill there will drape a tapestry with the Pope’s coat-of-arms, or stemma.

On Sunday a new stemma papale was seen.

Thanks to Rinascimento sacro for the images.

I think this is pretty impressive/important!  :)
I think it suits him being of course that he is the Vicar of Christ.

It's a much better design than the one he has been using.  Thumbs up.
At least the tapestry still has the tiara embroidered on it.

I think he changed the tapestry, hence my posting, and excitement.  :)

Yeah, the old one only had a mitre.

Next step would be to wear an actual tiara.

And then throw Vatican II into the dustbin.

:chleader:

And then throw a good portion of the episcopate into the dustbin and consecrate some orthodox bishops.

But a tiara on the coat of arms is a good first step, and I read it as giving the Modernists the Papal Bird.  The only thing better would be if he wore the Tiara while addressing the UN and telling them they were children of the devil....
