Does anyone know of where to find actual texts, in English translation, of the "vow of celibacy"* taken by subdeacons and of the rites of ordination for the various orders?

The purpose is for writing a story set in the High Middle Ages (the Eighth Crusade). Ideally I'd like to see samples of texts from medieval liturgical books, but a translation of the Pontificale Romanum is better than nothing.

*I use the quotation marks since as I understand it, normal Latin Rite subdeacons actually make a promise not to marry, which is different from a vow in the normal sense. But I could be wrong.
