I absolutely HATE menthols!   :puke:  Also, they are like 10 times worse for you than regular cigs.

Oh, I think a case could be made that smoking Marlboros is a sin.   Camel straights forever!!

Camel's aren't bad - but NO cig can compare to Marlboro Lights, err... I mean, Marlboro "Gold Pack!"  :smokin:
This thread has me thinking too much about cigarettes. When I smocked, I like those Marlboros--and Camels, too... Sometimes those cloves cigarettes. My roomate ad I would have coffee and oranges with those clove cigarettes. sigh
Well this last bit is doing a good job of answering my question.  It looks like people who smoke want to claim that smoking is not a sin so they don't have to think about the possibility they should change their behaviour.  Smoking might not always be a sin, but it is sometimes and anyone who smokes ought to examine his conscience.

If someone is concerned, they can ask their confessor and proceed with moral certitude based on the answer.

When asked, my confessors, both NO and traditional priests, have always said it is fine.  So in my case, it means I get to light up with a clear conscience.  :pipe: :smokin:
