Probably. But I know of nothing that theologically precludes actual aliens from existing. So, they might.

I find it hard, if not impossible to believe, since man was clearly the summit of creation made in the image and likeness of God. On top of that, God became man in order to redeem him from sin, thus elevating even more the dignity of human nature.
Everything in revelation points out to the special place man has in God's grand scheme of creation (and redemption). There simply seems to be no space (nor desirability) for other rational creatures.

Nevertheless, we know Angels exist because God revealed that to us. It strikes me as odd that God would withhold from us the fact that he created another race of rational creatures.
