The 1690 Missale Romanum?  If we're going to go back in time, then perhaps we can also use this one:

Well at least something encouraging from the article.

If that holds true then this will truly be beneficial to the restoration of our worship. I hope that there is also distinct examples as to "Latin having a pride of place and Gregorian chant being perfectly suited for the Roman rite" would come in to play.
