Does anyone know of any good Catholic wine makers or monasteries?  I've come to doubt the authenticity of some of the American labels that have Sainte in their name.
Chimay (a beer) is still made by monks, and so is Chartreuse (a liqueur) - and I imagine there are some wines out there, too (although I cannot think of any off the top of my head).  As for wine-producing monasteries in the USA, I would just 'google it', and see what turns up.
I did manage to find one if anyone is interested. Kloster Eberbach; from a 12th century Cistercian Abbey in Germany

Who would want that link in English when there's a perfectly good German version of the website?  =P  Hahaha, just kidding.  Thanks for the link.
