Shocked Looks like CAF is good for something! I found the link to this in their "Ask an Apologist" section: http://danieloconnor.files.wordpress.com...ig-ott.pdf  Cheerleader I'd put it in the "Traditional Catgolic Books for Kindle" thread, but I get the feeling that nobody's paying much attention to that.  sad(
Its online at several different places.  I have a link to it in my signature block that anyone is free to use.

Great book, thanks for sharing.

Hopefully more core traditional Catholic books will go online.

I'm looking forward to the day the 1917 Code of Canon Law comes out in English, and online.

Thanks for the link Deidre.

Hi christulsa123 -  Tip o' the hat

Regarding your "looking forward to the day the 1917 Code of Canon Law comes out in English, and online", I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but it had been forbidden to give a literal English translation of the 1917 CIC without a commentary.

But the good news is that two commentaries ARE available online.  Smile

The 8 volume set of the 1917 Code of Canon Law with Commentary by Dom Charles Augustine Bachofen, O.S.B., D.D.

and

the 1917 Code of Canon Law with Commentary and Summary by Stanislaus Woywod,

are both available to download in various formats, including PDF, at:

http://archive.org/search.php?query=COMM...ANON%20LAW

The 8 volume set of the 1917 Code of Canon Law with Commentary by Dom Charles Augustine Bachofen, O.S.B., D.D. has been put in one large volume (4,097 pages) at:

http://ia701200.us.archive.org/3/items/1...entary.pdf

Hope this helps?

God Bless You!  Pray

The 1917 Codex Iuris Canonici (Code of Canon Law), known as the PIO-Benedictine has been translated English and Latin (two volumes) by Canonist Edward Peters (with forword by Bishop John J. Myers).  Available for $37.00 at any Catholic bookstore
This seems to be unavailable at the link in the first post. Is this available anywhere else at the moment?

Am I right in assuming as well that due to its age this book is now public domain as well?
From what I've heard, a company has started publishing the book again and has removed it from the internet. sad
