I like to pray the Dominican version of the Rosary. Will this still satisfy the requirements for a 54 day rosary novena?

I would imagine so - the Rosary as we commonly say it is Dominican in origin. Do you just mean the different opening prayers and a following Litany of Loreto? The Rosary has a lot regional variations about what prayers begin and end it, whether the Fatima prayers are added, etc. The mysteries have been stable since the 16th century, but before the reforms after the Council of Trent, there was a lot of variation in the mysteries as well. I would think any rosary would suffice - it's not magic after all.
