OK, does anyone know whether these Confraternities still exist? There is a blessing/consecration for the Cord of St Joseph in the approved (1962) Rituale Romanum, as well as a Blessing for a Cincture Worn in Honour of a Saint, but I'm wondering if one must be 'enrolled' as in the Confraternity of the Rosary?

I know that there is at least one that does.  I am personally a member of the Angelic Warfare Confraternity.  We wear the cord and medal of St. Thomas Aquinas.
I belong to the Rosary Confraternity through the Dominicans in Portland, OR, and the Confraternity of st. Peter. Not familiar with the others you asked about.
