                                                                                                    Three great suggestions for starters.

The Seven Last Words of Our Saviour On the Cross by Joseph Haydn
Miserere Mei Deus by Gregorio Allegri
Stabat Mater by Giovanni Batista Pergolesi
Attende Domine and Parce Domine are two great ones.
I found the "Lent at Ephesus" CD sung by the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles well worth a listen to during Lent.

I checked out De Montfort Music, I want to buy some of the CDs now. Those would all be good not only for Lent, but throughout the year. I might start with the Benedictines of Mary, since I constantly donate to them, though the prayer request part of their forms is always full, no line unused.
If you care for Byzantine Music, Cappella Romana has several recordings available on MP3/streaming services.

Irish Philharmonic Orchestra- God of Mercy and Compassion

Catholic Hymnal- God of Mercy and Compassion. I like the Irish Philharmonic Orchestra's arrangement better, but this version has another verse in it that I especially like.

Even though it's not specifically related to Lent I couldn't resist posting Veni Creator Spiritus, which was sung by the Carmelite Martyrs of Compiegne as they went to the guillotine on July 17 1794.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33XotuYs-io
