I'm going out of town for Easter this year to attend the Good Friday and Easter Vigil services at a traditional chapel. However, I don't think I'll be able to attend the morning Mass at the chapel. So I'm wondering if the Easter Vigil Mass fulfils the Sunday obligation?
Yes, Easter Vigil fulfills Sunday Obligation.
Same as any other Sunday vigil.

But, specifically on Easter, regardless of your views on 'vigil Masses' on Saturday. The feast begins with the Vigil, and Lenten fasting and abstinence end with the Vigil! I'm looking forward to my sauerkraut and kubasa when I get home! First meat, other than on Sundays, since Ash Wednesday!
