I conglomerated parishes of where the EF was offered within the city of Chicago and Chicagoland. The following listed have for certain an EF at least once a month. I'm waiting for several responses from churches whom I've contacted to see if they still offer it. I'll update if so.

* confessions are done by Opus Dei
** shares FSSP priest from Rockdale parish
*** not in communion with the Holy See
The SSPX situation is tricky. If they weren't in at least some sort of communion with the Holy See, Pope Francis could not give their priests faculties to hear confessions. As far as I understand it we are allowed to go to SSPX Masses as long as we don't have a schismatic attitude. That being said, I would choose the FSSP over the SSPX if both are available.
Your list is incomplete.

Saturday: 8am

II. Shrine of Christ the King's House Chapel

(Only because of the fire are they not holding Masses in the Shrine itself.  There are still EF Masses celebrated 7 days a week by priests trained only in the Traditional Mass and in communion with the See.)

MM: Thanks for the information. I wasn't sure if Shrine of Christ the King was still having mass in the EF due to the fire. (Another sad thing is, based on their site, they don't even have 1/3 of their donation goal filled.)

They don't even have one-fifth, actually.  Last I looked, it was at 17%.  sad
