"Just sayin' " has to be the lamest statement possible.  It's like saying "I know my opinion's controversial, so I'll throw in this meaningless filler to mitigate the effects of the controversy on myself.  I don't have the cojones to just toss out a controversial statement and let it stand on its own."  (I'm just sayin'.....)
