Two or three distinct meals plus random snacking. Always breakfast and dinner and nearly always lunch. I eat all day though.

Call me a traditionalist, but I believe in 3 meals a day.  It's more than the process of taking in calories.  Food is not just fuel for your meat machine.

Three meals a day is a cultural artifact. There is nothing special about three meals a day, although it is worshiped by many westerners.
