A great beer and one of the only remaining American owned national brands! A story. Years ago, I inherited a sizable sum of money. For the first time in my life I was able to walk into a pub and order 'a round for the house'. It was a 3.2 Kansas beer bar, so everyone was drinking beer. One fellow at the end of the bar refused my offer. Feeling cocky, I walked down the bar and asked him if he was too good to drink with me. He replied, no, but I was buying Pabst and he liked Coors! I turned around and looked back down the bar and every other guy in the bar had ordered PBR! I bought him a Coors!

Can't beat quality cheap beer.

Well...when you're feeling cheap, at least.

Believe me brother, I am cheap. There's no "feeling" about it. I feel like drinking Fat Tire or some monk beer. Alas...

Me too, but the other night I broke down and splurged. I bought a 4-pack of Boddington's Pub Ale. I'm sippin' on the last one right now!

Nice. Personally I prefer to drink what I like even if it means I drink less often. Except for once in a great while if I'm truly jonesin' for a beer I'll just go ahead and get what homeless people get and have a 211.
