Super Compact Easter Table for the Next 9000 Years - Scriptorium - 09-10-2011
So for any of you liturgical geeks, I found a really cool Easter calendar. It is here: http://www.henk-reints.nl/easter/eastertable.pdf It has the dates for Easter for the next eight millennia. The Y axis is the first two digits of the year (one century per line). The X axis is second two digits of the year. Above every millennium block there is a ruler that should help to find the correct year within each century. At the position so found there is either a decimal digit or a letter indicating the Easter date. If it's a digit, then that is the last digit of a date in March from 22 to 31. If it's a letter, then the alphabetic ordinal number is the date in April. So boiled down: 2 : 3/22 3 : 3/23 4 : 3/24 5 : 3/25 6 : 3/26 7 : 3/27 8 : 3/28 9 : 3/29 0 : 3/30 1 : 3/31 a : 4/1 b : 4/2 c : 4/3 d : 4/4 e : 4/5 f : 4/6 g : 4/7 h : 4/8 i : 4/9 j : 4/10 k : 4/11 l : 4/12 m : 4/13 n : 4/14 o : 4/15 p : 4/16 q : 4/17 r : 4/18 s : 4/19 t : 4/20 u : 4/21 v : 4/22 w : 4/23 x : 4/24 y : 4/25 |
