Does anyone know of any good Catholic wine makers or monasteries?  I've come to doubt the authenticity of some of the American labels that have Sainte in their name.

<FONT face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Chimay (a beer) is still made by monks, and so is Chartreuse (a liqueur) - and I imagine there are some wines out there, too (although I cannot think of any off the top of my head).  As for wine-producing monasteries in the USA, I would just 'google it', and see what turns up.</FONT>
