Regina Caeli Happy Easter 2015 - OmniaInstaurareInChristo - 04-05-2015

It is time for my annual posting of the Regina Caeli.  Happy Easter to all on the list.

Regina caeli laetare, alleluia:
Quia quem meruisti portare, alleluia,
Resurrexit, sicut dixit, alleluia.
Ora pro nobis Deum, alleluia.
V. Gaude et laetare, Virgo Maria, alleluia.
R. Quia surrexit Dominus vere, alleluia.
Oremus
Deus, qui per resurrectionem Filii tui Domini nostri Iesu Christi
mundum laetificare dignatus espraesta quaesumus, ut per eius
Genitricem Virginem Mariam perpetuae capiamus gaudia vitae. Per
eumdem Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen.

Queen of Heaven, rejoice, alleluia:
For He whom thou didst merit to bear, alleluia,
Hath risen, as He said, alleluia.
Pray for us to God, alleluia.
V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia.
R. Because the Lord is truly risen, alleluia.
Let us pray.
O God, who by the Resurrection of Thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ,
hast vouchsafed to make glad the whole world: grant, we beseech Thee,
that, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His Mother, we
may lay hold of the joys of eternal life. Through the same Christ
our Lord. Amen.

Alleluia! Christ is Risen. The life of the world was dead, and is alive again! The light of the world entered darkness, and extinguished the shadow. The dead have broken the seal of the tomb. The grave has lost its power, and the evil one is bound in his own chains. Praise the Lord.

¡En Verdad ha resucitado! Indeed, He is Risen!

"Jesus Christ is Risen Today" by Benedictine Sisters of Mary, Easter at Ephesus, and beautiful images De Monfort would enjoy.
