What's for lunch? - AllSeasons - 07-09-2015 I saw a thread for breakfast and a thread for dinner, but nothing for lunch. So I felt compelled to start one for the redheaded stepchild, a.k.a. lunch. I mean, really, lunch is the most important meal of the day, right? In any case, I had a chicken salad for lunch today, with lettuce, tomatoes, grapes, apples, and celery. It was great!
