Perhaps you should reread the article. Men, with higher androgen levels tend to be bald. Men, with lower levels, tend to not be bald. 'Older' men tend to have lower androgen levels, because we generally produce less as we age. Balding in men usually begins in the man's late 30s on, at varying rates.
