Is Anyone A HNS Member ? - Eric F - 11-26-2020

I've been one for over 11 years. Small group, we put on luncheons, donate to church projects, pay for masses, have adoration once a month.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I don't know what that is. Would you please elaborate?

Edit: Never mind, I looked it up.

I remember a large group of Holy Name Society members at the parish I attended growing up, in the 80s and 90s. As a child, I referred to them as the "Dick Tracy Guys," because they all wore suits, some of them odd colors, and they looked like the guys from the comics. A bit gruff on the outside, but they were all good men and I remember knowing that they stood for something special and reverent.
