Mexican/Spanish Rice
I have to agree with Katherine of Aragon- nice fresh "clumpy" rice is my favorite (thanks to my Japanese grandma), and often with raw egg and soy sauce. Breakfast of champions!

Though I do like Spanish and Mexican rice too. Just nothing that comes out of a box. ;)
I like it clumpy and sticky if I'm eating Oriental food with it. If it is in chunks about 1" dia. it is easier to eat with chop sticks.
