Well, it's a bit of a hike, but the ICK down in San Jose might work for you, and if you feel like going even further afield, the TLM at Mission San Juan Bautista (which is kind of like going to mass on the set of Gunsmoke). Those are the next closest things I can think of. There's also an SSPX chapel in Los Gatos.
