Seems like they still don't have their order approved or any jurisdiction in the Church except they can hear their confessions on the island. I guess Bp Fellay might have been more correct than assumed on the way this groups would be dealt with. Very interesting article. As for the analysis of the fact that that they wanted full union with Rome and are still in limbo, my opinion is that the Vatican is slow, one cannot conclude for reason for this slowness.

Since they have their legal status and got permission from the local bishop to hear confessions, what is missing that they did not get personal prelature, neither get forced to be incardinated in any diocese. The former had to be dealt with larger gropu, the later could force them to celebrate the New Mass.
