Can you explain why you recommend this particular site?

It seems really noisy and disorganized, and I'm wondering what it at this site that is 'novel' or not in a lot of other places? (eat right, exercise)

Am I missing something? Is there a philosophical bent at this site that you prefer?

Could you elaborate?
