Okay so I did a little research. Seems the film is going to have the old jew slander that Mary was raped by a Roman soldier and the director is the same fellow who directed Showgirls (a terrible film even by films about strippers standards)
Paul Verhoeven is a member of the Jesus Seminar and the film will be based on his Book Jesus: A realistic Portrait". It seems he believes Jesus was an excorsist but it doesn't say anything about the other miracles.

I suppose the USCCB will all get together with popcorn and have a double feature of this and BrokeBack Mountain.
