Scriptorium, I was not blaming you IN ANY WAY, nor the board. I knew that it was an article you quoted & figured that you also quoted the title. I was simply saying that I don't like to see the Pope addressed as/written about as..........Ratzinger. I was hoping that others felt the same. I'm of a different generation than most of you. If I'd ever called our parish clergy ( Msgr. Brennan)........Brennan, or (Father Baird)........Baird well, it just wasn't done. Sorry, I caused all of this commotion.

I see what you mean. I respect that. I didn't take any offense.
