Giving up Alcohol
#11
I rarely drink alcohol. Beer in my fridge gets a sediment in the bottles from sitting there so long. I have some hard liquor in the cabinet, but it has been there longer than my grandsons and their almost to middle school. I do like wine on occasion, but only a glass or two.

Liquor is okay in 'moderation', but moderation is relative and less is better than more!

If you think you aught to scale back on your consumption, you are more than likely correct and you certainly should...perhaps even more than you initially planned.

Having worked an ICU on the Navajo Reservation for a year, I can attest to the tragedy of excessive alcohol consumption and the benefits of avoiding the stuff altogether as well.
One should have an open mind; open enough that things get in, but not so open that everything falls out
