Can enlighten me as to the purpose of the design? It's very bizarre, and cannot be an accident. Given the symbolism of the snake in Genesis, it's very bizarre.

Eh, I don't know about some of the photographs. The photo of the inside of the hall is a stretched panoramic image, misleading as it probably wouldn't look the same to an observer sitting inside. I also think Christ's hair as the head of a snake is a reach. It's an incredibly ugly building with an incredibly ugly statue though. They have been guilty of poor taste before.
