Does the Novus Ordo church possess the Four Marks of the Church?

The nice thing about the Catholic faith is that a person's opinion does not matter. If that was the case, then every pope would be changing things left and right to make the church fit his opinion, rather then to change themselves to conform to God.

I think that popes have already changed some teachings.
