Radical changes to the U.S. system of government are made possible by the U.S. Constitution itself. Read Article V: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articlev
Under Article V, a Constitutional Convention may be called for proposing amendments, any one of which could turn our system of government upside down if ratified by 3/4 of the states.
Can you imagine what a Constitutional Convention would look like?
I just found this on that subject: http://www.conconcon.org/

You're right. Theoretically, Muslims could impose shariah through a Con con.

Which is chilling considering I once heard it said by a Muslim terrorist "we will use your democracy to destroy your democracy".

Exactly. A confessional state.

So, if some loud-mouth kid decides to use this thread to show off how tough he is and they come after Vox and the forum, will that be just?
This seriously confuses me and I hope you don't mean I'm "some loud mouth kid" because I'm not. I understand your concern, but it's a bit preemptive considering how slow this discussion has progressed. This is a serious concern and i would like an opinion from some like minded folks considering my peers and family are too wrapped up in secular nonsense to care one bit about the nation at large.

No I did not mean to call anyone in particular a loud mouth kid. I meant it to be preemptive.

No, it would not be right to rebel against our government, because we have mechanisms in place to have grievances redressed by our government. While America is in a downward spiral, there is no justification for rebellion. American's on the whole are quite free and still have quite a hand in the running of government. Our problem is that we are immoral and obsessed with our bellies. America's going down because the people who constitute it are immoral. Thus practicing evil, we receive evil, and we are ruled under evil. 99% of the evil we live under is brought about through out own actions. There has been very very little government initiative against the will of the people. If one says then that our system is broke, then we have mechanisms to change it. America needs a conversion of heart, not some "rebellion".
