For those who are interested but haven't listened to the podcast, here is a summary.

- The prayer is a way of saying, "Jesus, I love you. Jesus, do what you do."

- There is a psychosomatic aspect; "I say it along with my breathing."

- It's a way to "pray without ceasing" (St. Paul), because we are always breathing.

- Inhale: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God..."
Exhale: "...have mercy on me, a sinner."

- Make sure the prayer is in sync with your breathing.

- It's called "the prayer of the heart."
