Honest answer, I came to the forum for Catholic discussion. What I have found so far is not what I expected.

Farronwolf, if you want Catholic discussion, why don't you post in a subforum other than Secular News?  You might find more agreeable discussion in Catholicism.

In Secular News, a far right and Trumpist outlook prevails.  If you are truly Catholic (and I have no doubt that you are), you should find more agreement in Catholicism.

Really, you decide who is Catholic and who isn't?  The Church is pretty clear as to who is Catholic and who isn't.   Might look into it sometime.

I can assure you I have all the proper Baptismal, Confirmation, Communion, and Marriage paperwork to verify that I am Catholic.

I appreciate your advice.   I don't disagree that there are many Trumpist in this section.   My hope is that they will find the error of their ways and return to what our faith actually teaches.  

I don't have much hope though.   Seems some folks have made a golden calf of him and are nearly to the point of worshipping it.  And this is happening at what is supposed to be a meeting of conservatives.   Will the idiocy ever end.
