St Bridget's has the NO in Latin with Gregorian chant every Sunday and the TLM on First Fridays.

Thank you! I'd feel much more comfortable there or with the Society then with the independents who may be sedevacantists.

I've been to Our Lady of Victory.  I believe the priest is a retired military chaplain, he had hip surgery 2 or 3 years ago so I'm not sure if he's still able to say Mass, if not on a regular basis.  The chapel is an SSPX chapel, it's on their website.  The people there are very friendly, I was invited to have refreshments, and someone even offered me a ride to the airport!
