Does anyone know how to make those crocheted rosaries? I'm going to Rome on a school trip next year (hopefully!), and I was thinking of making some and taking them to get them blessed by the Pope, to give to friends as gifts.
Thanks!

Thanks for the great link! Just ordered a kit (it seemed a better deal, enough materials, and instructions, for 2 rosaries, and for just $2 more than the pattern alone). Excellent!

Hey, I was going to make some wooden bead rosaries from the tree in my backyard but I don't have any small wooden [with metal 'corpus'] crucifixes. Does anyone know where I might be able to find some?

A little expensive, but might fit the bill:

Hope this helps! Out of curiosity, what kind of tree? Are you going to carve the beads, or are they something more similar to Job's tears?

How many do you need, catholicmilkman? I've got some in my parts box, both pale wood and very dark brown wood. PM me your address and I'll send them to you.
