My veggie chili goes over well...
1 or 2 cloves Garlic chopped
Med Onion cubed
I can tomatoes
I can tomato sauce
I can black beans (or chick peas)
I can kidney beans
A cup or so of frozen corn
1/2 fresh green pepper chopped
Chili powder to taste
Saute garlic and onion in oil until golden, add everything else. Cook for 1/2 an hour or so. I serve it with brown rice.
Serves 4 people.
