Yes, it is nice as it indicates a genuine hatred of immodesty and seeks to help women understand the occasion of sin in which they often unwittingly place men's souls.
Any moralist who has ever studied and written on the subject of moral theology does so for the same reason (I don't claim to be a theologian): to explain principals that haven't yet been successfully promulgated, acknowledged, or understood or that require further clarification.

It does seem to me that men ought to be more focused on men's clothing. Another proof of why I'm the best Catholic ever.
