German Federal Republic's Highest Court: European Super-State Constitution "Reform Treaty" legitimate under German federal constitutional law?

Legal, executive and legislative power on most terrains of policy - according to the not yet ratified Treaty of Lisbon - will be delegated to the supra-national and ever more federal-operating European Union, the European Parliament, the European Commission with all of their democratic deficits.

Will German Federal Courts oppose the might political strategy? Or will this prove to be merely an attempt to bury all hope at rejection of the Treaty?
