Argentina is Expelling Bp. Williamson

Argentina's interior ministry said on Thursday that Bishop Williamson "has concealed the true motive for his stay in the country".

He had said he was an employee of a non-governmental group rather than declaring "his true activity" as the director of a seminary, the ministry stated.

Er, isn't being the director of a seminary the same as being an employee of a non-governmental group?

This reflects poorly on the Argentinian government. It's outrageous that someone should be forced to leave a country for publicly expressing an opinion contrary to what the state wishes to promote.

I suspect that won't be the official reason.

Why?  Argentina can certainly decide to send a non-citizen home. 

Sure they can but they didn't seem to have a problem with him until he became famous for having a thought that differed with the mainstream.

Exactly what I was thinking. Argentina's full of rabid socialists with their own socialist, dogmatic religion, and they're far too willing to lie and extend the truth to get rid of Bishop Williamson. And it's abusive.
