Well he looks like he's to the right of the English hierarchy, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's trad friendly.
Also, what if the reports of his ambition are true? Is he going to change colors if Benedict XVI is replaced by a more liberal Pope? (Although, I don't see how ambition will help you once you're a Cardinal...you've basically gone as far as you can go).
EDIT: Although, I also just realized that the tales he's ambitious might just be rumors started by people who don't like him...If you have enemies these days, you're probably doing something right.
