Links to big PDF files are annoying. Perhaps, in this case, a copy and paste would be helpful for the forum users?

Although, from the title, it seems to try to show that distributism is a Catholic system of economics. As far as I know, all Catholic governments in history did not use it, therefore, it seems more of a modern novelty and labelled "Catholic" for political purposes. Just because some high profile Catholics developed it, doesn't make it Catholic, or at least, more Catholic than any other system developed by Catholics. Since I know of no case of Catholics actually using the system, it is as Catholic as any other hypothetical system.

I do not typically read your threads, but I almost always read your posts when they are on threads which interest me. I also will read any thread which is of a subject that interests me. While I am not interested in economics, I felt that a thread entitled "Distributism:A Catholic System of Economics" would help me understand it in terms of the Church, but it was a big PDF. This is a forum, not a file sharing program ;)

Also, since I typically do not read your threads, that doesn't mean I can't. I can just as easily read your threads as not read them ;) I'm not bound to any habit.

No. I never use that, to give + or - to anyone for any reason.

If I have something to say, I make a post. Most people who give you fish points do not post when they do.

You can be assured no matter what my relationship with a person on a particular thread, I do not use fishfactors to express myself.

Also, only one fishy in either direction can be given to a single account by the same account in an hour, so it is impossible for me to have given two, and the fact that an unknown person gave you one indicates the high probability of the other being equally anonymous.

actually, many people post links and audio,etc.......anyone that wants to read it, can click on it and use some motivation/energy to read the PDF.......so, besides me being limited in posts per thread and the pages i can reply to, I am now banned for posting PDF files??

if you do not want to rad it, that is fine..maybe others can........I did not post all 149 pages of paper, just the link.......guess that is evil,eh???

Sure, links to files are a great way to share information, however, to only give such a link, especially in the body of the thread, defeats the purpose of the forum.

I don't have the power to ban you, but if I did, I wouldn't, unless you broke the rules.

I did want to read it, but why would I want to download a large PDF file, which uses a proprietary format?

Do you see any problem with using PDF documents in light of your strong economic ideas? Tsk.

I contributed to that.  I gave you a -1 for the Bush Administration post in another thread.  It was completely off-topic and irrelevant.

Yeah. Belloc, you can't accuse me of breaking my habits when you post off topic posts. For that other thread, which you referenced, I read your post because it was on a thread. I didn't choose to read it. If someone posts porn on a thread, and I click on that thread, can I be said to actively looking at porn?

To give a feel for how some view you, imagine if a person constantly talked about the Third Secret on all your threads, no matter the subject of the thread.
