Nothing. It is a perfectly acceptable practice. The processional and recessional are not a part of the Mass. Only hymns sung during a high Mass itself must be in Latin. Also, vernacular hymns may be sung during a low Mass.

There is probably some distinction too for the processional and recessional hymns as being outside the Mass, since they're before Psalm 42 and after "Ite Missa Est".  I think that, technically, it's just singing in a church.
