I think I remember the Russian Orthodox priests saying something to that effect about the Palm Sunday liturgy.    But in general he stressed that worship of the Eucharist outside of the Liturgy is just not done in the East and his words were "we consider it an abuse."  That is why the East has no equivalent to "Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament", which I happen to enjoy very much.  (Then again, this priest was from the Russian church and they tend to be the "hardliners."  The Greeks are a little more mild.  :laughing: )
