Don't forget REALLY good Crawfish Etoufee. *sigh* When we used to drive out there, we'd always stay for a night or so with my husband's grandmother (God rest her soul). She'd make fresh Gumbo or Stuffed Crabs for us and serve lovely loaves of French Bread for breakfast. Wonderful stuff...

Agreed!!!! I had my very first last year in Charleston, SC. At a little restaurant called Joseph's, I believe. Those fried oysters..........
