Mix the chocolate syrup with half and half instead of regular milk. Ridiculously delicious. I'm going to have to try this with strawberry syrup too.

It tastes like a melted chocolate milkshake, but a little better.

Chocolate Toasted Almond

Ingredients:
1 shot Kahlua (or any coffee liquour)
1 shot Amaretto
8 oz Milk (or milk & half-and-half)
2 tblsp Chocolate syrup
Ice
Mixing instructions:
Mix all together, serve in a Collins glass over ice.

I use less chocolate syrup than the recipe calls for....more like one tblsp.

I'm going to try the chocolate milk with half-and-half, though. I have about a quart in my fridge I need to use.

Not to mention that a 12 oz glass, fat-gram-wise, would be the rough equivalent of a McDonald's Big Mac.
