He will never become Pope. Calm down. O you of little faith. You shouldn't play with your salvation. Threatining to join the Sede error will send you down the road of damnation.

Yes, just pray the Rosary daily, pray a few Novena's, attend the the Latin Mass, go to Confession at least once a month, stay in the state of grace and STOP worrying!! Trust me, I have a hard time with anxiety myself, but it is just not worth it anymore.

Once a month? I need to go once a week...if I could I would go once a day!

Okay, I usually go once every 2 weeks.  Why do you need to go everyday though???

It is a pious and recommended practice.

It sounds more like a scrupulous one to me.

Tell that to the numerous Saints who recommended this practice. I certainly am not close to the level of sanctity of the least of the Saints and if they felt the need for daily confession I know I need it.

Same here.
He's an apostate. :balloons:

Which saints recommended daily confession?  Communion, sure; not confession.  Pre-V2 books and missals that I have encouraged "frequent" reception of confession, and although specific prescriptions are a little vague, it is mentioned that confession more often than 1x/month may put one in danger of scrupulosity.

I don't recall off hand and unfortunately I am having trouble finding information on google. It was in one of my books...possibly Imitation of Christ but I could be wrong.

Were you present when Shoenborn said that? If not, disperging derogatoiry information about somebody which may be not true is grave sin.

Quelle surprise!  When I saw your name attached to this post as the most recent commenter, I knew - if I clicked the link directly to your post - I would find a defense of Shoenborn.
