I'm looking for recommendations for beer and liquor produced by religious. I've been a fan of Chimay for a long time, but it's time I branched out. Suggestions?
Holy booze?

Thanks, WRC and DK! Good leads.

Check with monasteries in your general local area, since their distribution may be limited. I love to drink "Monk's Ale" brewed by Benedictines in northern NM. I'm lucky enough to live 2 blocks from a specialty market that carries it. Yum yum and what a great way to support the brothers.
